Has anyone upgraded from 1.1 to 3.1? I've been looking through the archives but can't seem to find anything. I'm going to try upgrading tomorrow and just wanted to know if anyone ran into problems. I'm quite nervous (but also excited over the new features) since I've never done an install before. When I set up 1.1, the hosting company installed it for me, along with the forum.
I know some people have.. I think Carissa might have. It's certainly been tested.

You might want to try creating a mirror site (same files, info copied from database) and then upgrading and see if all goes well, especially if your site is live.
I did on a testing site. It seems to have worked, it didn't rename the authors folders to numbers. I'm not sure if it was a bug, or intentional...
There were also a few problems with the upgrade script itself, so if you get stuck, post back here, and I'll help if it happened to me.
