Have you searched for your problem: (yes)
If so, what terms did you try:path_to_smf, Undefined variable: path_to_smf
State the nature of your problem:
I'm getting this error when anyone clicks on a author's name to view their stories:
Notice: Undefined variable: path_to_smf in /home/.jeanette/miko27/escape-ism.com/ourstories/user/profile.php on line 27
Any idea why I'm getting this error? or rather - where and how would I need to set the path correctly?
The line is question from profile.php is this one:
$tpl->assign("image", "<img src=""".$path_to_smf."avatars/".$userinfo['avatar'"]."">");
Do you have a test account for us?test_2008 Pass:crashtest2008 (Let me know before you try to access)
*Edit:
I think I've solved this but ended up removing that line.
The fix had been to replace the code with the direct url to the smf avatars folder - however, it would only reflect avatars selected from those stored on site. most of our users use uploadable avatars and remote linked avatars so that feature becomes redundant for us.
Should be assigned in one of the bridge files for smf.
