hello good night, I have translated into Spanish en.php file within languaje, but has not resulted in the index for example the menu and the blocks where I do that? thank you very much

In future, please follow the guidelines for posting support requests. Specifically:
Do not cross post the same question in multiple places.
Do search for your problem before asking.
Do look at the admin settings for your site.
The last will solve your problem. Edit the links, panels, blocks, etc. to translate the displayed name.
