Ok, I've just upgraded a friend's efiction from 2.0 to 3.0 to 3.2.1 and now the surprise me skin has become default giving me a headache everytime I try to view a page...because it keeps changing.
I've set the skin for labyrinth default but it doesn't want to do that. It keeps changing. I even deleted the surprise me skin and it's still doing it! How do I fix this?

I've hid the skins I dont want people to see (csszen, zenline, elegance etc) and replaced the default_tpls with my labyrinth one AND set it in my settings as default--but why does it keep changing?

and as i understand it, it is not a good idea to replace the default templates, they should stay intact as is in the default templates folder, alter the skins in the skins folder only.
why is nothing ever easy?

It has nothing to do with the surprise me skin skin itself. Other than you've got the extra_header.php for the surprise me skin in the main folder and not in the surprise me skin folder. Not a bug, moving to general support.
