I have installed eFiction 3.5 to my website.  No real problems with that....except...when I click on help, taking me to my FAQ and then click on "See our Submission Guidelines." What I get is:

Not Found

The requested URL /eFiction35/submission.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

*sigh*

When I went to the directory I found that there really WAS no "submission.php", yet if I go to "Custom Pages" and click on "Submission Guidelines" the data is there.

Does anybody have any idea what's happening here?  What I'm missing?

Thanks,

datapard

Did you try re-uploading submissions.php? Through your FTP editor/or similar? 404 generally means that the page does not exist, it's possible it didn't get uploaded.

Also for future reference please fill out the Support Request Form, it would be of most help to us in order for us to provide better support.

I've tried greping the zip file and can find no sign of the file.  Also, is there anyway to set some authors to a "no need to validate" status, without doing it for all? Nevermind, finally found the answer to this part.

By the way,  πŸ˜• What "Support Request Form"?  πŸ˜•
