I wanted to add the story end module to my site. I have it installed and read to go but I need to add {storyend} into the viewstory.php as indicated in step 3 of the module instructions. I am not exactly sure where to place it. I would like to add it above the review box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much.

You don't add it to the .php file. You add it to the viewstory.tpl file in each skin.
https://efiction.org/wiki/index.php5?title=Viewstory.tpl
In the sample there, you would probably put it between these two lines:
<!-- END BLOCK : endnotes -->
<div id="prev">{prev}</div><div id="next">{next}</div>
Oh, that's cool. I love how this mod works.
OK, I got it to work on the skins that have the viewstory.tpl, but what about skins that don't have it? Where would I put it then? Would I need to add a viewstory.tpl file? If so, do I copy it from one of the other stories as is, or will it go somewhere else instead?
Thanks so much for your help. I really really really love this mod. π

You'd edit the viewstory.tpl in the default_tpls folder.
That worked, but now it's showing up twice at the bottom of the story. It's only for the skins that didn't have a viewstory.tpl though. The others show up fine. Any suggestions?

OK, now I have another problem. I had a member message me to let me know her story text wasn't showing up. I did a quick search of the boards and found this thread:
https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=7408.msg39939#msg39939
I was able to follow these instructions and fix the text of the story showing up, because it was in face on only series.
But now, the part of the mod at the end of the story in the series won't show the next story or previous story instead it gives me an < sign.
This story is a favorite of 7 members. Members who liked Love Will Keep Us There also liked 106 other stories.
This story is part of the series, Fate/Love/Hope Trilogy. The previous story in the series is <. The next story in the series is <.
That's what it looks like. Any suggestions as to why or if I might have done something wrong?
Thanks for your help.
Oh and I tried to get on your site Tammy to post this over there but it wouldn't let me.
