Story End mod causing "array" error....

i am so sorry! i feel like I'm constantly on here bugging everyone with all my problems  😳

its just that I did this whole "upgrade" to my archive and added all these new mods and stuff *sigh*

so I believe the Story End mod is the one here...

as you can see, instead of the chapter text, it just says "Array". This is a problem with all last chapters belonging to stories that are part of a series.

its giving me this error (i know you cant see it on the page, I've turned it off via the Admin settings)

I checked out the corefunctions.php and on line 205 - 214 its this:

Please help! what can I do to fix this?
