Diid you search for your topic? Yes.  I searched "password not sending" and I checked through the bug reprots but found nothing.

State the nature of your problem: My members have recently informed me that when they request a new password, the email never sends.  However, I sent out a sitewide email yesterday and peoplle how haven't been able to get passwords, got that email just fine.  I took a peek through the settings tabs but didn't find anything.  I can turn debug on to see if that gives me anything if people think it will help (but I'll wait to do it until someone says to)

Thanks!

I don't know what to tell you.  They use the same function.

Strange.  Because it tells them that the email was sent.  I guess I'll just tell them to check spam folders or junk mail.  They would both be sent from the same email right?

Yeah.  Try sending yourself a lost password.  If you get it and they don't.  It's something outside of the eFiction script.  It's going to their junk mail folder or their host is classing it as spam before it even gets to them.  As admin you can edit their profile and change it for them.

I've told everyone that if they can't remember their password to just send me a message with their username and desired new password and I'll change it.  Thanks!
