[SOLVED] Won't Let Me Login After Install

After successful installation, it won't let me login. When I tried it displayed these errors:

My password contains signs such as + -. Is that a problem?

Never mind! I found a post from 2007 with the same problem when I did a more extensive search

I was using FileZilla to upload the files and for some reason it did not upload the user file. Sorry for posting.

I like Filezilla, but sometimes it won't always upload all the files. You have to double-check for 'failed uploads' and upload those again..
