Hi,
I don't know if this is the right thread. If not, please excuse.
I recognized a problem shortly. When I click on "Top Ten" the page is empty. I have the same version of eFiction on my localhost and there it works fine.
Maybe someone has any idea what the problem could be?
my fanfiction-page you will find in my signature.
Thanks for help in advance.

You're being a little vague, which version of eFiction, the latest 3.5? And are you referring to the site linked in your signature? If so, I can access your Top 10 just fine.
Yes, I am using 3.5 and when I click on the link in my signature and then on "Top Ten" I get an empty page. I am using the Firefox 3.0.3. What Browser do you use?

Try clearing out the cache on your browser because I can also see your top ten with no problems at all. And I'm using Firefox 3.0.3.
To clear the cache, in Firefox go to Tools->Clear Private Data
Make sure you click Cache (and maybe cookies if that's what's causing the problem)
Then click Clear Private Data Now.
Then go to your website and see if you are still having problems seeing the Top Ten.
Or the quicker way would be go to your website, hold down the Control key and click the Refresh button and see if you can see your Top Ten page.

Thanks for answering that quick and sorry for me answering that slow. But I had some other problems, too. π
So I tried everything you told me. But I still have the problem as I described it. But maybe it has something to do with my including into my e107. Because I tried to call the page within the website and without it. And my result was that it worked fine without e107 but bad within it.
Did you call the Fanfiction-Archive on my website KS-Shipping Community? If yes, it worked with you? If yes again, why does work with you and why not with me? I did clear the Cache and I deleted all the Cookies, but it still shows me the empty page.
I don't unserstand it... π

As spotted from these images, that I took (There are 3 pictures). I am seeing the top ten with no problem at the website you mentioned. I am not familiar with e107, but I'm wonderingif it has something to do with that rather than the efiction script. You should ask your readers if they are having the same problem, if they aren't it's something on your end preventing you from seeing it, although I'm kind of puzzled what that would be.

Interesting. The following links show you how I see it in the different browsers when I click on Top Ten.
I will ask my users how they see it when they click on Top Ten.

I'm using Firefox 3.0.3 and could see them... it is still weird that you can't see it. Do you have an Firefox extension (although they call them Add-ons these days) that might be blocking out parts of your website?

Yes, I do indeed. And I just tried and deacticated the popup blocker ... and ... now I can see the Top Ten.
Okay, that means problem has been solved. The popup blocker did block the Top Ten.
Yipeeh!!!!! π
