[SOLVED] Upgraded from 3.1 to 3.1.1

But when I do a version check, it tells me I'm still running 3.1. I downloaded the file from the download area just a couple hours ago.

Did you run the update after download the files?  Goto Admin->Archive Maintenance and click on "Run Update".
