hello,

I would really appreciate any help. Here's the situation. Usually the upgrades are taken care of by the host but this time there is no host. So I downloaded the script, went to the files, public html, etc, and uploaded all the files the are included in the package except for the config.php.
Afterward I went to the site and all it showed is a blank page.

It's probably worht noting that we did not have tinymce folder already in existence. Any pointer as to what we can do would be very appreciated.

Problems like this can happen with the FTP program you are using, which FTP program are you using? Sometimes partial file uploads occur.

It is important that you don't delete any old eFic2 files until after you've successfully installed eFic3. For example, I got a no-content page (just background and some empty boxes) at first because I didn't have "blocks_config.php" on the server while upgrading.

The wireless music box has no imaginable commercial value. Who would pay for a message sent to nobody in particular? (1920)

thank you eyedam...I guess I will bring back up the old files and then add all the new ones...replacements should take care of themselves...

Are you set, Min?  If so, I'm going to mark this thread closed.  If we don't hear from you in a week, I'm also going to mark it closed.
