Just had a huge sitewide drama, efic, smf, coppermine, all went down. Skins killed and what a mess it was.
Got it all back up and runnign more or less, and just tried to change a skin preference via account info> edit preferences and i am getting

You don't have permission to access /missingpieces/user.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

any idea what this might be? A permission on a folder that is a bit screwy or smt in the database? My user.php file is currently chmod to 644

I think it must have been a cookie issue, as i foiund out it was only me, nobody else having same problem, Cleared out my cache and all is good again.
