Ok, I've had this problem before but it was with my email where it would strip all the spacing away but now just out of the blue my email works fine but when you submit a story it doesn't work. I tried reloading my TinyMCE options:
tinyMCE.init({ mode: "textareas", theme: "advanced", language: "en", browsers: "msie, gecko, opera", plugins: "advhr, advimage, advlink, contextmenu, preview, searchreplace, paste, fullscreen", theme_advanced_buttons1 : "bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, separator, sub, sup, charmap, separator, center, justifyleft, justifycenter, justifyright, styleselect, formatselect, separator, bullist, numlist", theme_advanced_buttons2: "cut, copy, paste, pastetext, pasteword, separator, undo, redo, separator, link, unlink, advimage, advhr, cleanup, help, preview, code, fullscreen", theme_advanced_buttons3: "", extended_valid_elements: "a[name|href|target|title|onclick]", theme_advanced_status_location: "bottom", theme_advanced_resizing: "true", theme_advanced_path: "false" });
because my TinyMCE box was empty but even putting that back in which fixed it last time didn't help. Does anyone have any ideas as what could have happened or how I might fix it?
When you add the stuff back in, make sure that the box you are using isn't using TinyMCE. Use the plain text box. Otherwise, what you put in will be screened and changed before it is saved to the database settings.
Whoever said nothing is impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.

Alright I did as you suggested... I turned off TinyMCE sitewide reentered the information logged out logged back in turned it back on and it still doesn't work now if I turn off tinymce when submitting a story it seems to work fine putting in all the breaks etc right where they belong. Any more ideas?
I'll look if you follow the guidelines for asking for support. I'll say it again. We usually can't help if we can't see it.
Thank you for your help!
