[SOLVED] TinyMCE config box is empty

The config in the admin settings is empty, but things seem to be working  :?. What is the default configuration that should be there? This is a fresh install.

The default configuration is included in the header.php.  It's not supposed to show in the box.

If you WANT a custom configuration you can add one.  If the box wasn't there you couldn't.
