URL to your eFiction: http://harem-archive.freehostia.com
Version of eFiction: 3.5.1
Have you bridged eFiction, if so with what?: No.
Version of PHP: 2.6.4-pl2
Version of MySQL: 4.1.22-standard
Have you searched for your problem: Yes.
If so, what terms did you try: Submission errors, Most Recent errors, Review errors, Submission blank page, Review blank page, "Most Recent"--  in the Search engine for any possible solutions at all.
State the nature of your problem: That's the thing, although it isn't very big, it's just a blank page. You can see the skin still, but otherwise nothing else. It happens when I submit a story, or a new chapter or a review. The story gets added, but then you have to hit the back button on your browser. Then with the Most Recent, when you update with a new chapter (not a new story), it doesn't bump up to the front of the list at all. Adding a new story is fine; it gets bumped into the Most Recent.
Do you have a test account for us? Yes.

I did happen to stumble upon a possible solution because I found a thread with a user having the same trouble as I. What was suggested was to download the 3.4.3 version and just switch stories.php. I tried that and it still ends up the same. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Those issues you found I think were with 3.5, and shouldn't be present in 3.5.1. Here's what I suggest.

1) Reupload all the files, in case some didn't get saved-over properly.

2) Check your database against what appears in install/install.php. I've seen many cases where for some reason or another part of the database changes were not made.

3) If the problem persists, maybe the files from the SVN could help. These are the updates made since 3.5.1 was released which solve some other bugs, but who knows: http://efiction.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/efiction?view=rev&revision=16
