I wanna change the default skin to one of the other skins I've added. I can't seem to figure out where to go in the admin section to figure out how to change the default skin.
Like I said, this is a stupid question. Sorry, but I appriciate the help.

Go to your admin area>settings
there is a dropdown there for setting a sitewide skin as default
why is nothing ever easy?

Also make sure that you change it in your own Profile, or else it will use the default.
