[SOLVED] Problem with the install

Ok... I installed my website correctly one time but  i had a problem with the login and the register. I connot login in my admin area and nobody can register... So i've searched about solution in this forum, but  i don't find any solution. So i decided to start from 0 again and reinstall my website but on the first step of the installation there is an access denied

Access denied for user 'httpd'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

I know my user, the name of my server and so on.. it's not the first time that i did this sort of thing... I'm not a newbie... I looked for the documention and i put the config.php in the root with 666 chmod... 777 for stories... it's the same files than for the first installation of the site...

I've looked on the log, but nobody attemps to acces à the admin area or in my sql database.. so,

I've asked infomaniak about problem with my database, because i cannot import a sql file and I think, i have a problem with that but maybe i'm wrong, i don't know.

but when i want to install in another server likre free (french host) i don't have this kind of problem... But i pity to use a free hosting  when I pay for an excellent one (i don't have problem with xxops in the hosting...)
