Something went wrong. Are you sure that all your folders and such are uploaded? Especially the folders and files in the blocks.
Whoever said nothing is impossible never tried slamming a revolving door.

I don't think you loaded the blocks folder either. That seems to be the 2.0 category block throwing that error.
I re-uploaded many of the folders, the block one included, since I'd forgotten the install folder before.
Edit: I re-uploaded the blocks folder again just to be sure and I still receive these errors.

Well I'd delete the blocks folder then re-upload it. That's definitely the 2.0 news block. The timefunctions.php file has been totally removed from 3.0.
