URL to your eFiction: www.select.wwelibrary.org
Version of eFiction:3.0.2
Have you bridged eFiction, if so with what?: Nope
Version of PHP: Not sure
Version of MySQL: Not sure
Have you searched for your problem: Yes
If so, what terms did you try: Panels, challenges
State the nature of your problem: When I go to access the challenges page I get the following error:

Error! We encountered an error. Please go back and try again.

The link to the challenges isn't listed in my admin panel either (and before that was the only thing I got).  I think when I tried to fix the problem I had when my panels did not upload properly I lost all of the challenge panel information.  How can I fix this?

Do you have a test account for us? Yes.  The username is Test the password is efic

If you run the install of the module it might fix this for you:

http://www.yoursite.com/modules/challenges/install.php

The install will throw an error because you've already got the challenges table installed, but that error will show up last.

You might also be able to re-do step 14 of the upgrade and get it fixed.

http://www.yoursite.com/install/upgrade20.php?step=14

If neither of those options work the solution is going to be a bit more involved.

Well, the first says that module has already been installed...and the second says the page cannot be found.

Did you delete the install folder like it said?  You'd need to put it back up if that's the case.

Bump. Has this been resolved?  If there's no reply in a week this thread will be marked as closed.
