I've had this issue before, but the way I solved it last time isn't working/an issue.
I recently upgraded my archive, and I set the default skin to CSSZen... it's working fine, the issue is that it's NOT calling up the profile.tpl, more specifically, it's ignoring everything in between:
<!-- START BLOCK : profile --> and <!-- END BLOCK : profile -->
I have no idea what to do. As far as I'm aware, other's are fine. I haven't edited anything. It just wouldn't "load".
At the moment, I just have the same code in between the <!-- --> AFTER the end block, and that shows, but, obviously, not with the correct variables.
I'm working on a new skin -- albeit very slowly -- and I rewrote the profile.tpl which works fine. I duplicated the profile/user tpl files but still the same problem.
I removed profile.tpl so it would fall back on the default_tpls, still won't load up.
I'm not entirely sure how this has happened, and it's getting quite irritating; anyone have any ideas/suggestions, please? 🙂

Is Settings > Display Settings > Display Profile set to Yes? Or the corresponding if it exists maybe in variables.php? (Simple first, lol.) (Does CSSZen have a variables.php even?)
... I LOVE YOU. You know this, right? 😀 😀
(It was the variables.php -- $displayprofile was set to 0.)
