I can't seem to figure out how to make it so all members who register are able to automatically start posting stories. I thought I had already made that a case in point when I clicked on "Validate All Stories" under Submission Settings. But then it was brought to my attention that if you weren't some level of Admin, you couldn't even so much as post a story to be looked over for validation (which I don't require in the first place.).
For the time being, I've made everyone a level 4 admin so that they can post, but I know there has to be something I'm overlooking.
Any help would be wonderful.

Under submissions settings, set "Yes" under both unsolicited submissions and validate all.
I think. ;P (I have it set so they have to go through a validation process)

I already have those set to Yes. Still doesn't let anyone submit a story until they're a level 4 admin.
"Turn off unsolicited submissions" needs to be set to No in the Submission Settings.
