Hi, I'm just wondering if someone can help me add ads.

You should be able to simple edit your index.tpl, or header.tpl, or even the viewstory.tpl of the skins in which you want to ads to appear by putting the ad code where you want them to appear. I don't know if this helps you - but the answer varies slightly depending on the skin you're trying to use and where you want the ad to appear on your site.
