Is there a book (or ebook) that goes into more detail on how to create skins? The WIKI is nicely and concisely written, but doesn't really go into the kind of detail I like to have when I am first attempting something creating my own skins.
.....Well that, and any excuse for a new computer book. 😀

I already use HTML/CSS, just haven't ever used them to create skins. Thanks for the suggestion though.
