Heres' the code i added to my index.tpl

I also added
$blocks["shoutbox"]["status"] = '1';
in variables.php. And block has been intilized in the block settings.

But i did everything it did. My shout box folder is also in my server.
I install a shoutbox before. and it appear i don't understand why it isn't working this time. Doesit have anything to do with css. I did not add any css styles to the shoutbox yet.
I also notice something when i use {shoutbox_title} instead of a "Shout" or {shoutbox_content} nothing appears. So i'm assuming the problem lies withe the tags. So it's wither they don't exists or they are named something else which is why they are not appearing? Am i right?
Whose skin are you using? If you are using Kali's most of the tweaking has to be in the header.tpl and not the index.tpl. Could we have a link to the site? Maybe someone with sharp eyes will be able to pick up what the problem is.
