I've just updated my archive and I'm trying to install the shoutbox. It appears perfectly on index page but whenever I try to post something in shoutbox I get this error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@turkfanfiction.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How can I fix this?

You have shoutbox initialized in Blocks yes?
Is it set to Active?
Did you click options and make them how you want? For instance date format, maximum number of shouts, and whether you want guests to shout (if you do have set ths to yes, make sure your captcha is turned on to prevent spammng).
Did you had <shoutbox title> and <shoutbox contents> to your skin so that it will appear?

Try typing a test message is all is as it should be.

I know these are all basics but maybe something got missed in the process and is giving you this problem.

I'm saying yes to all of these. I can copy my skin code here:

<div class="block">
<div class="container">
      <div class="title"><img src=""{skindir}/images/anket.png">" Konuş</div>
      <div class="altcontent">{shoutbox_content}</div>
    </div>
</div>

It's not a skin problem. I'm trying it with CSSZen too, and it doesn't working either.

When I try to post something in the shoutbox,  this link ( http://www.turkfanfiction.net/cgi-system/php.cgi) opens followed by the error that I previously posted and I have no idea why. That page doesn't exist. My efiction  isn't even there. Is that a mysql problem?

That sounds more of a problem with your host. Why don't you check to see if their status is fine, if not I would maybe contact them.
