I did a search for the answer but i couldn't find it.
How do i set the time so that it follows the time in my country? Because it's way off. And i couldn't find the settings anywhere?

That'll be a server issue. :3
I'm in GMT though, so I use gmdate(), you could possibly use that for things if you live in GMT. Or make the time offset equal to your own. 😛
