URL to your eFiction: http://www.libraryofmoria.com/a/
Version of eFiction: 3.5
Have you bridged eFiction, if so with what?: No
Version of PHP: 4.4.7
Version of MySQL: 4.0.27
Have you searched for your problem: Yes
If so, what terms did you try: RSS feed download
State the nature of your problem: When we click the RSS button it starts to download the file. We understand that browsers are not RSS readers but we would prefer to have the button giving access to an RSS page for easier use. The problem is really similar to what was described in this post https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=3476.msg19306#msg19306, so we tried following the last suggestion and what we got was an RSS page with the following message:

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: http://www.libraryofmoria.com/a/rss.php
Line Number 1, Column 1:

We have replaced that rss.php file with the original rss.php from the eFiction 3.5 package so we're back at square one. Any ideas? We'd really be grateful for any help.

Do you have a test account for us? Yes ( http://www.libraryofmoria.com/a/viewuser.php?uid=153). It was not created by us, but was created with the eFiction gmail account so I'm guessing at least a few of you can access it.

Seems like from the error you didn't get the changes done correctly.  Probably a spelling error or something.

Thanks for the reply.

At first I copied it as it was in the post I linked and after I tried changing just the one bit that was different and the result was the same. If it's a spelling error, it comes from that post which seems unlikely as the person there seemed satisfied with the result.

I guess we'll keep the feed as it was...
