'Kay, I think this is me, but I can't for the life of me figure out what I've got set up wrong. The author account profile is not showing the unanswered reviews or giving the author a place to look at reviews and answer them. I'm pretty sure I've got something set up incorrectly in the profile, I just can't figure out what.
There are actually a couple of ways to do this. The easiest is to go to Account Info > Reviews Received. Another is to go to Account Info > View Your Statistics, then click the link Author of: [X stories]. The part in brackets would be the link, where X is the number of stories by that author.
Method one shows the number of reviews per story and the number of unanswered reviews per story (and series). Method #2 shows the number of reviews, favorites, and views per story.
If you don't have Reviews Received or View Your Statistics showing in the Account Info panel, you can add them in Admin > Panels. They should already be created by default, but would be merely set to hidden if they're not appearing. Just find them in the list (select User from the dropdown would be easiest to find them) and them edit them to un-hide them.
