When someone receives email notification that a new review has been submitted for a story they wrote, the email sends out the following link:
http://thehostlibrary.com/thelibrary/index.php/reviews.php?type=ST&item=8
Which connects to an unusual version of my webpage that only consists of broken links and a text-only replication of the library index page. I am not sure what is causing this, when I upgraded to versions 3.4.2 and 3.4.3 I thought the problem might be fixed, but it hasn't. I have tested this with multiple users, and everyone gets the same type of link. Every notification email sends the exact same URL to every author.

It seems that you put your url in wrong in your settings. It should be http://thehostlibrary.com/thelibrary not http://thehostlibrary.com/thelibrary/index.php.
Well, don't I feel foolish. I knew when I posted the problem it would probably be something small and easy that I was missing. I took your suggestion and it worked perfectly! Thanks for the help!
