Hello,
I would like to create a link for my partners in the right menu of my web site. I have created a customizable page with my admin interface but, I want display it under (or inside) the catégory menu. How do I do?

What I usually do is fake up a block. I add it to the skin (index.tpl) and hard code the links in. You can also do custom page links.
