My recently updated block on the index page does not work. ( http://www.athenewolfe.com/justrewards/index.php Skin: Efiction)
and has not worked since my upgrade.
I have verified that the blocks are initilized and I tried to compare codes in the blocks, recent coding and it looks the same as my friends who does work...
Please advise on what I should try next to get this to work.
In total, my site stats, recently updated, and featured story has not worked since my upgrading. I have fixed site stats as the file was corrupted in upload but do not know how to fix the recently updated section since the coding looks fine.

It's not the script. It's your skin.
You need to update all your skins manually when you update the script.
There are a lot of topics about this, and also documentation in the 3.0 download about changes made to the skins from 2.0 to 3.0.

But I am using the skins provided for the 3.2 version. I haven't tried converting version 2 skins because I knew they wouldn't work. I have read the skin changes but that doesn't seem applicable since I am not using old skins, but rather the ones provided... and have initilized all my blocks and have all of them set to .tpl...I turned on debug and got this:
