I've installed the new version and there aren't the genres, is it normal? Or they're under a new name?
Were you upgrading from an earlier version of efiction? If yes, and the genres didn't appear you need to fill out a support form and post in Instalation help.
If this is a new install, then no there are no Genres. You create that in the admin settings.
In either case this message should have been posted in the General Questions section. I'm sure an admin here will move the message.

You can create genres under Admin > Classifications. Make a new classification type called Genre, and then you can add the genres you'd like to it.
