I have a problem and it's the first time i have such problem since i started to use efictions on my sites years ago.

People is trying to submit their stories but i can't see them on the submitted page (I have to approve them).
The STORIES folder is chmoded to 777 and already has a story, I think the girl who submitted the story was able to do it before the problem showed up.
I tried to do it again minutes ago with the help of one of my friend registered as a simple user and i saw she did everything fine, the action was successfull but the story wasn't there or in the stories folder.
Also i have another little problem, i can't delete members from the admin panel. Am i blind? I can't see the command XD

When we switched servers, some people were no longer able to upload stories because we had some legacy user folders in the story folder that were CHMODed to 755. All the folders within the story folder should be at 777. Also, the script creates the story files at 644, but the host wanted them to be at 666. I ended up talking to them and they changed that. If that's your problem, then you also should get error messages when trying to edit stories, as well as after trying to upload. The stories will get created, all but the text won't (Ie story notes and everything will be there).
The easiest way to delete members is by viewing their profile. Unfortunately, when viewing the Members list in Admin, clicking on the usernames leads you to edit their profiles and not view them. So I don't know if there's a way to delete them through Admin.
First, please fill out the support request template. It'll help us a lot in figuring out your problems. Is this a new archive or an updated archive? Your stories folder should have no stories in it. It should have folders for each author and within those folders is where the stories should be.
You can delete members from their profile page.
