Problem: only admin can add series, but the settings say "all members"
What can I do?
I had a few bizzare things like that going on after an upgrade, despite things being set in the efiction admin area, the tables hadnt registered the changes.
Go to you fanfiction table in myphpadmin and check the _settings table
look for 'allowseries'
it shoudl be set to:
2 for all members to submit
1 for authors only
0 for admins only
check your table to see if somehow the setting isnt holding.
