State the nature of your problem:
Somewhere I'm missing something. I am trying to bridge Efiction and PHP-Fusion together, and it seems no matter what I do the login within PHP-Fusion will not stick when going to the eFiction site. And, of course, if you try to log-in on the eFiction site, it takes you back to the PHP-Fusion front page, where if you go back to the eFiction site it still doesn't show you logged in. I have tried this with both as brand new installs as well as trying to bridging a current copy of the working eFiction site with a new PHP-Fusion install, and both had the same problem.
I've cleared caches and all cookies. I've tried browsers Firefox and Safari and on 2 different computers and the result is the same. I've tried signing in with and without the "remember me" box checked.
I've seen a few other postings on this, but the solutions (when they were posted) did not help. I made sure all addresses start with 'www'. I've played with the queries.php and get_session_vars.php to see if I could get things working, but no luck.
I've re-uploaded the bridge files so many times. I've played with the link in the pagelinks area of eFiction for register, lost password, and now login. Right now the link up in the menu is set to force a sign-in through PHP-Fusion, but that hasn't worked, either.
Both programs are sharing the same database. The eFiction site is inside the PHP-Fusion folder (PHP-Fusion -> eFiction)
Whenever I un-bridge the programs, each runs great.
Anyone have some ideas on what I can try next?

Mods: Challenges, cpg-art (not working), Limit Summary Length, Bio to Prefs, Top 20 instead of 10
Wants: Move Betareader to Prefs, Twitter
I've been looking at the database tables, and it's looking like with new registrations that a new entry in authorprefs is not being created. I did some more searching on the forum and found this thread: https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=5622.0
I tried that solution, and while it successfully created an entry in the authorprefs file, the login information still doesn't seem to be shared when going to the eFiction side. This is true for either my Admin account, imported accounts or newly created accounts.
Back to the drawing board.
