One of my members has lost her password. She says she's been trying to use the lost password link for two days, but hasn't received it. She asked me to look it up for her, but I can't seem to do that. I did a search here that said I could go into her profile and find it, but I cannot access her profile. When I click on her name under members, all I get is a list of her stories, and there is no edit link. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Log in as Admin
Go to Admin->Settings->Display Settings
Under Display Profile, change that to Yes and click Submit
Then go to Members, and find your user and you should see their profile now. And you should be able to set her password to something else.
