What modules are you trying to install?
As for the doubles in panels, just go to Admin->Panels and click the delete link on the repeats. That happens usually when you reinstall something more than once. But once you delete the duplicates it should all be fine.

Thank you! I was able to get rid of all the double links. As for the modules, I wasn't trying to install any. I would just go to the link within the admin area and when I clicked the link I'd get this error...
A fatal MySQL error was encountered.
Query: SELECT * FROM fictionfanfiction_modules ORDER BY name
Error: (1146) Table 'allihave_fiction.fictionfanfiction_modules' doesn't exist
So I'm assuming the table was never created. I'm wondering if I could do it manually and how troublesome that would be.
I do believe that it is possible to just add that table, but I'm not the one that you could help you on it.

Thanks any ways. I do appreciate the help with my other problem concerning the double links. Hopefully I'll be able to search around some more in order to fix my module problem.
I have uploaded the languages folder. I tried everything for another try and still can't get past the third step where it mentions picking one of the skins.
I read through everything and I wasn't sure how you got past the 3rd step of the upgrade? I experienced the same problem when I tried to upgrade and it screwed everything up and I ended up having to use my backup of the database and set everything back to efiction 2.0.5 (still can't figure out why the 2.0.7 didn't work)

My advice to you is to copy your database and upgrade a testing site first to make sure everything works. Make sure that you upgrade from the latest version of 2.x, which is 2.0.7 right now and not 2.0.5. Make sure 2.0.7 works, and made a backup of that first.
