Do you have a test account for us? Not at this time ...
Did you accidentally go back a step or refresh? My best guess is that you finished that step and then tried to go back to it again. I suggest you try moving on to the next step and completing the update. Just replace step=11 with step=12 in the url.
I got the error first, then I did try going back and redoing it again ...
I am trying going to step 12 .... thanks for fast response 🙂
