Is there any way for me to stop spammers from leaving 'reviews'. This day alone, they've left at least 70 reviews. If there isn't, is there some kind of way to display the IP of the reviewers so that I can block them through my ISP's control panel?

The best way to stop spam reviews is to turn on the captcha. That will require users to enter a code before posting comments when not logged in. Spam is usually left by bots and they won't be able to read the code.
Also, eFiction logs IPs of people leaving reviews (and performing other actions). Go to your admin panel and select action log.

Thanks very much for the advice! I've turned on the captcha and hopefully that should take care of it. Now to go back and delete all the spam...Lol.
An easier way to delete the spam is through phpMyAdmin as opposed to manually if you want to give that a try.
