I'm trying to get my categories to appear in multiple columns on the index page ( http://www.misaditas.net/ficarchive/index.php ).
I've edited the index.tpl so that the category block is the only thing on there. It's pretty much how I want it to appear, except the categories are in one column rather than two or three.
Any pointers would be greatfully received.

Go into your admin area and then settings
then go to Site Settings and set the
Number of categories:
to more than one
and hopefully that should sort you out.

If that doesn't work, check out yor variables.php file for the skin. Sometimes category columns are listed special there.
