I am using version 3.1

Is there a page or a way i can get a 'search for beta readers'?
A list of people who have volunteered so that people can find them easily without hunting through profiles?

thanks
jacci

It'd be either a mod to hack the files or a module you'd install.  There's no easy "click to turn it on" setting.  I'll move this to Mod Development for you.  If I get a chance, I'll look at doing this mostly as an example of how others could do something similar.  If I get a chance.

I put a module for this up at my site.  You need to have upgraded to 3.1 for this to work!

Are you a member of my site?  If not, you need to sign up.  Then go to downloads and it's in the eFiction 3.0 modules section.  Download the .zip and follow the instructions in the README.

can you tell me please if this will work when the efiction is bridged to smf for example?  I guess not since there is no way to check the beta reader yes/no box in the profile after its bridged, right?

Hi Tammy, can you help me please, I downloaded and uploaded it, but I can't run the install, it says I don't have the authorisation. Well, I'm admin and all, but I think my site blocks me πŸ˜€

And in your site, the downloads page looks like "No Download Categories" to me too. (I'm logged in)

I am having the same problem with this mod.

I uploaded the folders into the modules folder, then went to http://shfanfic.splurd.com/modules/betareader/install.php and it told me "You are not authorized to access that function."
I am logged in as admin. Also, when I try to go into the modules page as admin, I only see the challenges and recs mods, not betareaders.
