I'm sure I saw this somewhere before but I could not see a thread concerning it when searching. Is there a mod to show the username in the url like ( http://shfanfic.splurd.com/~Anarchicq)?

You can use mod_rewrite if you have it enabled. Although it will take some modding in the eFic files to direct everything to the new URL.
