I was wondering if it was at all possible to mod so that you can sort the site's members by most recently joined. The reason why is so that I can monitor the new members to make sure they comply with image size/amount rules regarding their profile. I searched the forum and couldn't find anything, and I came across a mention of an mod where an email was sent to the admin when a new member joined, but a mention is all I found of that.
Any/all help appreciated.

You can actually do this already.
In the admin section, the ACTION LOG, will keep a record of all registrations. If you want to view registrations only, from the dropdown , choose RG and it will list in descending order all the registrations for you.
