sisterwicked posted about this in another thread and it reminded me that our users have been whining about wanting a 'currently reading' list and I'm not even close to knowledgeable enough to handle this on my own.
Terms: While we would appreciate anyone who wants to do this as a labor of love, we are fully willing to pay a reasonable per hour rate. We also ask that you release the mod to the public (supported or unsupported) when everything is complete.
Specs - We would like 3 lists to be visible on the users profile, each list would be limited to 5 items on profile view, but there would be full lists available for the user's use via user panel.
1. To Be Read
2. Currently Reading
3. Finished Reading
The items on the list would be the title of the story, linked to the url of the story.
We would like for there to be 3 contextual buttons/links/icons/whatever available on a storyindex/viewstory, 'Mark To Be Read', 'Mark as Currently Reading'', 'Mark as Finished Reading' depending on which (if any) lists the story is already on. ('To Be Read' only available if NOT on 'Currently' or 'Finished'. 'Currently' not available if listed as 'Finished'. 'Finished' available if not already on 'Finished' list, etc.) These buttons would add the story to the appropriate list.
We would like for there to be a user panel (or panels, if necessary) where the user can move stories from list to list.
I can handle basic PHP modifications/mysql queries for installation, but a module that self installs would be freaking awesome if it's feasible.
