I'm using eFiction for about a year now and I love the software so thank you all very much for doing the amazing job that you do.
I'm new to this forum so I hope, I'm doing this all right.
One of our users told us that she loves the e-mail notifications when an author replied to her review and the alert when one of her favourite stories gets updated.
My question is, if there's a possibility as an author to get an e-mail when someone added your story to his favourites.
I know you can look up everything in your statistics, but most users don't even look there. So an e-mail would be a good way to go and tell those users who don't get many reviews but a lot favourites, that somebody is out there who reads their stories.
Maybe some of you have an idea how to accomplish this?
