Mod Request -Allow Rejection/Acceptance Letter to also be sent to admin address

The action log looks like it only records that a story was edited or validated. I would also like to know why it was rejected. My site has open submission but if an author breaks site rules like forgetting a disclaimer or something then an admin is invalidating it and sending the rejection letter. This way all the other mods know why it was rejected. Also if the admin needs to remember what needs to be fixed they can reference the letter.

If they validate it, the script just logs that it's validated.  If it's rejected, the letter is recorded in the log:

define ("_LOG_REJECTION", "<a href="'viewuser.php?uid=%2$d'>%1$s</a>" rejected <a href="'viewstory.php?sid=%4$d'>%3$s</a>" (chapter %7$d). The rejection letter sent was as follows:<br /><br />%8$s");

Is this something that happens now or is there something I need to change to make it work?

Turn logging on in your admin settings.

I've had the 'action log' turned on but I've never seen it log a rejection. Does it log it somewhere else than the 'action log?'

There's a bug in the noletter script. It actually sends the no letter via the yes letter.  See the info in this thread.  Just change yesletter to noletter in that file.  It'll be fixed with the next update.

Just in case anyone is interested, this mod works with 3.3.  (And the yes letters are fixed.)

It was mentioned here, so I thought I would ask:

My action log works with rejection letters, but it doesn't show all of the letter. Just the top of it. Is that a bug, or can I fix it?

It's what's supposed to happen. :3
