We are using efiction 3.5.1 and have several admins working at the site. What I am trying to create is an admin column on the submissions queue page, to indicate which member of the staff has taken on each story so that we don't double up. Any ideas on how to do that?

The site URL is http://www.potterplacearchives.com

There's a mod someone wrote for the queue that includes other things. That would be a good thing to look at for a basis.

Thanks for that. I used mickinell's mod to add word count and time stamp to the queue ( https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=6011.0 ) as a base, and I managed to create a column for notes, but I haven't been able to create it so that the admin can write in the column. I know it is a piece of script that I am missing, but I can't seem to find it in my php book.

Yes, that's the one I meant. Sorry I didn't give a link; I was on my phone at the time.

If all you want is a name to be displayed, then maybe it's easier to create a dropdown, and the contents of the dropdown can either be coded into the PHP or saved in the database (database is probably best). You and whoever has access to that would be the only ones who could add to it, but how often do you change admins? Plus, you could always later add a new panel in Admin to update the field in the database.
