Is there a mod out there (or would anyone know how) to limit the number of submissions that an author can upload in a day?

Here ya go: https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=7254.0 I have it installed and it works great. It's not per day, but at a time. For example, we use three at a time. Once one or more stories is uploaded, they can then upload again until they hit three. (And our queue is cleared daily, so it works out to being per day.)
