I sincerely apologize, I didn't see it. I did it in a day and thought it would help but I don't think it's really be a major problem. I didn't post, just linked how I did it here, so I won't post the full instructions here now.

Yeah, there's no problem with having more than one version. Point in fact, one or both of you might consider posting a "How to make a profile field" mod, since they're mostly the same, just what image is being pulled from where, and what text is displayed next to said image (if any). That's what the majority of the profile mods are, it seems. (Unless said FAQ already exists...?)
Chris, thanks for posting the instructions-- it was a fast and simple mod. The only things I noticed:
(1) You should probably indicate that for the second block of code to be added, people will have to change the image URL to their own. They'll also have to change the file extension of the images if they choose to use the famfamfam PNGs instead of GIFs. This can be done with two simple Find and Replaces.
(2) You spelled Australia wrong in both the code blocks.

I changed the wording for the URL. I fixed the spelling of Australia. The famfamfam flag icons are all .gif, the only .png are the car and world icons used for everywhere and nowhere.
